JDM engines and the US spec engines are virtually the same aside from a few differences. If your wanting to get a used 40k+ engine... ATK engines La-Z-Link is a good supplies... you may also want to check out TisZ4life in classifieds. These are probably two reputable sellers that I know of. Now as far as my opinion goes, I would recommend trying to rebuild your engine (if applicable) rather than buying used. A rebuild would run you near the same about of money and would prove to be a better investment in my opinion. But, you have to consider the down time involved on rebuilding as well as finding someone reputable in your area to do the build. This is just my personal preference, but you'll need to make your own choice taking into consideration of time, money and availability of an experienced shop. Good luck with what you pick.
